Is my product 3rd party tested?

At Havasu Nutrition, we spare no expense when it comes to making quality supplements. That’s why we send out products to an outside lab to make sure they meet the standards of the dietary community.

The testing center, Eurofins, is ISO certified and ensures that Havasu products are up to standard.

How can I return my product?

Our “Satisfaction Guarantee” ensures that our customers enjoy our products that help support a healthy lifestyle. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of placing your order, please contact us (support@havasunutrition.com) for an exchange or full refund.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with details about your purchase, along with your receipt, within 24 hours of placing your order.

Additionally, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information for you to review in real-time. And when your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via email as well.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, or has not been delivered in the timeframe outlined, please contact us via email at support@havasunutrition.com.

Is shipping free?

Shipping for orders of $35 or more is absolutely free for anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If your subtotal is under $35, there is a flat fee of $5.00.

The flat rate shipping may not apply to promotions that indicate free shipping as part of the advertisement.

If you are ordering in bulk (25+ items), please contact us at support@havasunutrition.com for shipping cost information. Orders over 25 items, will not be processed automatically and may cause a delay in shipping if placed before contacting us at the email provided above. 

Can I automate my orders, so I never run out?

Of course! Select “Subscribe & Save” and choose how often you’d like the product shipped to you.

My package is marked delivered, but I haven’t received it.

While carrier shipping delays are outside of our control, please notify us (support@havasunutrition.com) if you have not received your package within 48 hours after your shipping status shows “Delivered.”

What do I do if my shipment is delayed?

There are no delays in orders processing and leaving our warehouse. However, due to Covid-19, there may be some delays once your package is in the hands of our carrier, USPS. Our orders are usually received within 4-7 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery dates can fluctuate.

How can I change the frequency of my automated orders?

To change your Monthly or Bi-Monthly Subscription at any time, you must email us at support@havasunutrition.com or send us a private message on our Facebook page. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. Any subscription products with a pre-payment for a set term is non-refundable and you may only cancel at the end of the pre-paid term.

Where are the products made?

Havasu Supplements are formulated in the USA with ingredients from around the world. Our Headquarters are in Tampa, Florida.

My product looks a little different from what I see online. Why’s that?

Because we’re always improving, we’re also always changing. For example, our packaging got a makeover not long ago. You may get the old packaging if it’s cycling through.

My powder-based product arrived looking a little empty… why’s that?

Settling happens often with powder products, but don’t worry. We package based on weight, not size. You can be confident that you have the correct number of servings.
